Deica Johnson

Deica Johnson is the President and Founder of Making a Change (MAC), a consulting company providing coaching to families and Parents of children with Developmental Disabilities. Deica is an advocate and community navigator linking clients and their families to resources that support overall stability. A seasoned social services professional, Deica provides education and direct services.

Deica's professional and personal experience of navigating the hardships of acquiring the support needed to assist in her son's progression drives her passion for helping individuals through the process of obtaining support and resources. 

Deica's motto is "to empower individuals and their advocates with meaningful connections through the community."

Deica holds a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, minor in Human Relations. A Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. She is a mother of two children, one of which was diagnosed with Autism at young age.
