8-session Consulting Package
Our 8-session consulting package is designed for those who need ongoing support and guidance, but with a shorter time frame. Our expert Community Navigator will work closely with you over the course of 8 sessions, providing you with the tools and resources you need to succeed. We understand that everyone's needs are different and that some individuals and families may only need a limited amount of support. Our goal is to provide you with the tailored support you need to succeed, whether that means 8 sessions or 12.
