Parent Workshops

Our parent workshops are designed to provide parents of children with developmental disabilities and seniors with the information and support they need to navigate the world of developmental disabilities and senior care. Our workshops are led by experts in the field and are designed to be interactive and personalized, focusing on the specific needs and challenges of each parent. Topics covered in our workshops include understanding developmental disabilities, navigating the special education system, managing behavior and communication, and accessing community resources. Our workshops are designed to be one-time, weekly, and customized to meet the needs of each parent. Additionally, we provide workshops for parents of seniors to help them navigate the aging process and the challenges that come with caring for a senior. These workshops cover topics such as understanding dementia, managing medication, and accessing community resources. Our goal is to provide parents with the tools and resources they need to succeed in raising a child with a developmental disability or caring for a senior.
